This April, we’re welcoming the Thai New Year at Lotus

Hailing from the bustling streets of Bangkok with a rich Thai-Chinese heritage, Lotus Head Chef Napat Chumjui grew up in a home where food was a celebration. Inspired by the cherished traditions and spirit of Songkran, Napat and his team have crafted a share-style banquet menu that honours the vibrant festivities and celebrates prosperity + good fortune for the year ahead.
