Five years of fashion, fizz and Cup Day festivities – and we’re doing it all again!

The Beaufort’s fifth annual Melbourne Cup returns Tuesday 3 November for a gorgeous afternoon across our sun-soaked gardens and terraces.

From 11am, enjoy four hours of free-flowing Chandon, Aperol Spritz and premium beverages, roaming canapés and Chef Stations, live race coverage, best-dressed prizes and entertainment continuing post-race until late.

at Lotus

Join us for an indulgent afternoon at Lotus, as we return for our fifth year of Spring Carnival festivities.

Gather around our long tables for an all-inclusive dining experience featuring a four-course shared menu of Southeast Asian cuisine, paired with four hours of free-flowing Chandon and a premium beverage selection.

Festivities run from 11am – 3pm, with the race screened live at noon on big screens throughout the restaurant and across The Beaufort precinct. And, once lunch wraps up, the celebrations continue throughout The Beaufort from 3pm until late.

Cancel your sad desk lunch and reschedule your leftovers! 
Every week we’re slinging $5 tacos and $15 Spicy Margis, ALL DAY LONG! Choose from Pulled Beef Brisket, Baja Fish, Katsu Chicken or Firecracker Cauliflower tacos – and pair them with a spicy marg (or two… we won’t judge).
Because tacos taste even better when they’re five bucks. Whether it’s a quick lunch, after-work catch-up or margis that accidentally turn into dinner… we’ve got your Tuesday sorted.
