Lotus boasts a menu influenced by Southeast Asian cuisine – full of colour, spice and flavour!

The restaurant is set over two levels, seating up to 160 guests and is filled with ambient lighting adding to the overall experience of the culinary journey of our menu. Head Chef, Sundoo Kim, provides an array of authentic dishes filled with seasonal inspiration.

Our share style dining experience is reflected in our menu, with each dish designed to be enjoyed with others. A menu created with the intention to share, heightens the experience of our guests as they enjoy their dining experience ‘together’.

Sundoo Kim is an acclaimed chef out of Melbourne, joining us from the Lucas Group (best known for Chin Chin).

Together with Restaurant Manager Fran Diettrich, Lotus is set to make any special occasion one to remember. From date nights to birthdays and everything in between.
